even though i am probably not ready for that yet. I have yet to master my fundamental consistency, finger control and aim abilities, plus i am not even good enough for (most) streams yet(a fool moon night attempt number "#14", still haven't beaten my best accuracy of 56% in no fail). Plus i need to play more(for once, this is actually what i need to do besides working on my weaknesses and having experience in many types of maps. One of those that i don't have much experience with is DT of any kind, which is why i have a low acc DT play as my top(it ain't farm)) even tho for a long time i haven't been able to
*#14 in quotes because it's not accurate/literal

But that ain't gonna stop me from being curious

The general gist is they focus improving on any map they can do with DT (not just jumpy farm maps).

The long answer is a very lengthy training process where they take their skillsets and improve on them for the purpose of setting the fastest scores they could do. This comes with an understanding of what exactly makes DT and other speed plays demanding.

You'll need to be good at higher ARs, since many high-level DT plays are set in the AR10-AR11 range. You also need to be comfortable with aiming fast patterns, as speed players could easily slap DT on most maps and set decent scores at 260 BPM. One other thing that is often neglected is tapping speed, since being able to handle very fast streams and other rhythmically complex patterns paves the way for some really fast scores to be set. Speed players work on improving the multiple needed skillsets with lots of careful practice so they can play even faster maps without sacrificing their accuracy. Of course, the most successful speed players are those whose reading, aiming, and tapping have all reached incredible speeds.

What I'm pushing for:
Score submission queueing improvement
Players recommending maps in multiplayer
● Nothing much else. :c

there's no secret, they're just extremely active and focus a lot on their speed. maybe they are double handed or use their dominant hand for streaming, but overall there's no secret

You don't really need to bother yourself with that for now really.

Secret of speed players that they've played a lot and found their own technique of tapping that fits them.

Some links on how to get better at clicking circles accurately in this rhythm game called osu!

I want to experiment with tapping techniques that help me go faster or gain more accuracy. Or both. I have found my comfortable positions so far but I'm always open for more

Challenge yourself to a reasonable extent and see what works best for your improvement.

Tapping with wrist or the whole arm may help if you single tap, can't help much for alt tap.
Sincerely,
Someone who can only single tap up to 180 bpm then proceeds to alt everything else
