Als Controller ben je de rechterhand van de directie en het managementteam (MT). Je brengt cijfers tot leven, ontrafelt trends en beheert, rapporteert en analyseert financiële processen samen met een team van vier personen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie en verslaglegging van twee vestigingen. Daarnaast zorg je voor efficiënte bedrijfsprocessen en stel je standaardrapportages op. Een belangrijke uitdaging is het samenvoegen van twee systemen voor financiële verslaglegging, inclusief een geïntegreerde workflow. In deze rol vervul je ook een leidinggevende taak binnen het finance team, waarbij je rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de algemeen directeur.

FinancieelTaken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Optimaliseren van de bedrijfsadministratie en processen

  • Zorgdragen voor tijdige en volledige periodieke afsluitingen
  • Opstellen van rapportages voor cashmanagement
  • Waarborgen van juistheid en volledigheid van de contractadministratie
  • Opstellen en analyseren van managementrapportages
  • Regie voeren over de planning & control cyclus, inclusief budgettering
  • Voorbereiden van de jaarrekening
  • Naleven van belastingwetgeving
  • Samenwerken met HR voor salarisadministratie

BusinessVerbinding leggen tussen business en bedrijfsdoelen

  • Analyseren van financiële gegevens en trends, en rapportages bouwen
  • Maken van forecasts ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming
  • Adviseren van het management bij financiële beslissingen
  • Verbeteren van financiële processen en verhogen van efficiëntie
  • Identificeren en beperken van financiële risico's
  • Bijdragen aan interne projecten

Wie jij bentLos van dat jij proactief te werk gaat, en onwijs nauwkeurig bent, is het ook belangrijk dat je:

  • beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • ten minste 10 jaar relevante ervaring als Controller hebt, waarvan 3 jaar in de software sector.
  • snel processen eigen kan maken.
