Dave was born on Dec. 30th, 1943 and was the son of John Wensink and Delia (Preder) Wensink. On July 10th, 1965, was married to Susan Mary (Sicotte) Wensink, where they remained together for 58 years. David graduated from Sheboygan South High School in 1962 and often talked about one of his greatest memories which was playing in the basketball State Tournament in 1962. He was honorably employed at UPS for 30 years as a driver and manager and still maintains countless friends and memories. Maria was born January 20, 1937 in Po?ajewo, Poland. At an early age Maria and her family were displaced to a work camp in Germany for the duration of World War 2. In 1949, at age 12, Maria, her parents and siblings immigrated to the US to the Hudson, WI area and then they eventually settled in the Milwaukee and Chicago areas. After high school Maria did office work at Louis Allis and at Kaczmarek Insurance and Real Estate and eventually retired from a Milwaukee area bindery. Richardson Community Hospice. She was born the youngest of Albert P. and Hermoine (Lynn) Schroeder's three daughters on December 29, 1943 in West Bend, WI. Lois' early years were spent on her family's farm, the Schroeder Dairy. It is there where her love of animals grew. Many of her childhood stories centered on caring for the calves and the many farm cats that followed her wherever she went.
